William has been a part of my team for the past 7 years across multiple roles and organizations. The reason for keeping William on my team for finding ways to keep William on my team throughout the role changes was his ability to adapt quickly and consistently deliver top-quality work. Anytime DXC would change platforms, William would jump in, absorb as much training as possible even if that meant going outside and finding the right resources himself, and quickly make himself proficient on the platform.

I first met William in 2017 soon after DXC technology was formed from the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation and Hewlett Packard’s Enterprise Services business and I took a leadership role in the Performance Visibility team. Very few systems were integrated in the merger and the company needed access to consistent, consolidated data. William had experience coming from the HP side but had to learn the tools and data protocols for the CSC side. In a matter of weeks, William had taught himself the tool sets, understood the data, and helped launch a portal giving leadership consolidated data.

Once again, when DXC shifted to Power BI, William was the first to learn the tool and was quickly proficient in launching the first Supply Chain dashboard in a matter of weeks. Since that time, William has published more than 50 dashboards helping multiple organizations better understand their data and allowing for quick and informed decision-making.
